What level do I need to start?

Our Foundation Course requires no prior knowledge. We also offer intermediate and advanced entry points for students with existing competence. During your free assessment, we determine the most appropriate starting level.

Can I switch courses if my needs change?

Yes. Students may transfer between programmes at the start of any new term, subject to availability. We pro-rate fees when transferring mid-course.

What if I miss a class?

We offer make-up sessions for students who cannot attend scheduled classes. Group course participants may attend an equivalent session during the same term at no additional charge.

Do you offer online classes?

Private tutoring is available via video conference. Group courses are conducted in-person at our Melbourne location to maintain the interactive environment that supports communicative learning.

What payment options are available?

We accept credit cards, direct bank transfer, and offer payment plans for courses over $1,000. Corporate invoicing is available for employer-sponsored enrolments.
