sunny-moor provides language education services including group courses, private tutoring, conversation clubs, and examination preparation. Detailed descriptions of our services, including pricing and schedules, are available on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
To enrol in our courses, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Enrolment is subject to availability and may require payment of applicable fees before your place is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment at our discretion.
Course fees are due at the time of enrolment unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in writing. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and direct bank transfer. Payment plans may be available for courses exceeding $1,000; please enquire for details.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before course commencement are eligible for a full refund less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before commencement receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 7 days before commencement or after the course has begun.
If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrolment or other circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course.
Regular attendance is essential for successful language learning. Students who miss more than 25% of scheduled classes may not receive a certificate of completion. Make-up sessions are available subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
Students are expected to participate respectfully and constructively in all class activities. We reserve the right to remove any student whose behaviour disrupts the learning environment for others, without refund.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, is the property of sunny-moor or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
